UPDATE: 4 SESSIONS LEFT! You can jump in now at a reduced price.
We are excited to offer our next session of speed performance training with Spellman Performance. Registration available on the Force website NOW: REGISTER HERE FOR THE UPCOMING SESSION – https://www.forcesportsclub.com/forms/24072-Spellman-Performance-December-January-Running-Session
This is open to all ages (8U – 18U) and will be a very cost effective way to help your player stay in great shape over the holidays, or for them to get the speed / improvement gains that will benefit them on the field. Whether they’re 8 or 18, these sessions will help them improve their form and better their metrics. Whether you’re looking to beat out a few extra ground balls, steal a few extra bases, set yourself apart from the competition or improve your Perfect Game 60-yd metrics – this is a great option for you!
This Friday November 26th you can sign-up here for another 1.5 hour hitting clinic / workout:
Workout will be at Poway Community Center East field (sign-ups required).
This is a good way to get your repetitions in at a low cost over the holiday season. Enjoy your Thanksgiving Thursday and come on out on Friday for some hacks!
We’ll offer these occasionally throughout the holidays and we’ll work on slowing things down to cover mechanics in addition to the opportunity to get quality reps. We will rotate our focus at each session.
Happy Thanksgiving All!
Sign up today for Force and Cutternation’s Force Nation Thanksgiving Baseball Camp at Del Norte High school. Camp will run Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am to 1pm. Camp will consist of fun instructional drills for hitting, fielding, pitching as well as whiffle ball tourneys every day! Don’t miss out, sign up today!
Registration is OPEN! What a great opportunity for players to connect with and showcase their talents for collegiate coaches and recruiters. Registration is open for our first collegiate showcase event of the new year. This event is open to the public – Force and Non-Force players. You do not have to be a member of the Force program to take advantage of this opportunity. This event is open to Grad Years 2025, 2024, 2023, and 2022.
With the NCAA quiet period for baseball recruiting, this first event focuses on non-Division I schools who are allowed to participate. The 2022 West Coast Collegiate Showcase (I) is a great opportunity for college programs to evaluate quality baseball players all in one place at one time. It also serves as a great chance for players to showcase their talents and gain interest from schools in the region.

As many of you may know, Les has become one of the most influential speed coaches in the world. He trained 21 Olympic athletes who participated recently in the summer games—14 athletes who began training with him when they were teenagers—and he has trained over 50 players who now play in the NFL including Trevor Lawrence, Zach Wilson, Trey Lance and local favorite Tyler Gaffney.
Program will run and be available to you every Friday at 4pm from August 20th to November 19th (you come when you can make it) . Running is one of the most important (five) predominant tools of baseball. We believe this program will make a difference for our athletes and we are hopeful you will take advantage of this opportunity.
