Cancellation Policy and Guardian / Parent / Player Agreement
While we hope that your child does not leave the program, we realize that circumstances occur that may require this. All dues are non-refundable.
Dues are paid upfront for the 2023 timeframe. All fees paid to the club are non-refundable. Any failure to pay the fees as outlined above will result in damages to the Force Baseball Club / Force Sports Club. No portion of the upfront or monthly dues paid or outstanding will be refunded or canceled. The enrollment shall be accepted and the reservation entered upon execution of this Agreement and upon payment of the registration or first month’s fees (whichever comes first). These fees are nonrefundable.
This Agreement shall not be modified except by written agreement between the parties. A parent or guardian shall sign this Agreement (electronically via the online registration process or by wet signature) and will be responsible for the obligations contained herein. This Agreement shall be deemed to have been entered into in the State of California and its validity, effect and operation shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of California law.
In the event any provision of this AGREEMENT is found to be or is deemed unenforceable, such shall not affect the enforceability of any other provision herein. If any provision or portion of this AGREEMENT is held to be illegal or invalid by a Court, said provisions shall be deemed to be severed and deleted, and the remainder of this AGREEMENT shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
I/we the parents of the applicant, hereby give my/our approval and consent to participate in any and all baseball activities organized under the name “Force” (aka the “Club”, “the Program”, “Force Sports Club”, “Force Baseball Club”, “Force Sports Program”)), whether at school fields, community fields and parks, or at private residences in which some of the instruction may take place. I/We assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation including transportation to and from the activities; and I/We understand that this release and waiver shall protect the Club, each member of its staff or Board of Directors, the managers, assistant managers, coaches, team parents, team volunteers, sponsors, supervisors, and all other agents and volunteers of the Force Baseball Club, for any claim arising out of any injury to my/our child, whether the result of negligence or for any other cause, except to the extent and in the amount covered by accident or liability insurance obtained by the Club for such purposes.
I/we understand that the tuition will be as outlined above, which covers the cost of coaches, fields, insurance, equipment, and other expenses required to run a competitive baseball organization. Tuition is due per the program-provided schedule (via email communications) and is considered late if not received within 5 days of the requested due date. There may be other charges for uniforms, tournaments or other expenses, which will be disclosed at the time payment is due. Tournament Fees are extra and are due per the payment schedule communicated by the program. The Club reserves the right to charge a late fee for any late payments, and players who are late may be excused from practices and/or games until payments are made current.
If or when necessary I/We will furnish a copy of a BIRTH CERTIFICATE, PASSPORT, ALIEN REGISTRATION, or MILITARY HOSPITAL CERTIFICATE.
I/we provide authorization and rights to the Force Baseball Club for any sports-related pictures and/or video including my child. These photographs and/or videos may be used in marketing materials, on the website, or distributed as the Club sees fit to support the further marketing, growth and development of the club.
CAUTION: The execution of this document on behalf of your child, and on your behalf, substantially limits the rights and remedies of each of you in the event of injury or death to you or your child. Before signing this document, please read it carefully.
